I’m a father, husband, and owner of a local independently-owned business. Unlike my opponents, I’m not a political insider or a political party operative.
I got involved with the government while I worked to put up stop signs in my community and remove homeless encampments near schools and children’s playgrounds. Then I was elected to the neighborhood council.
I’m running for State Assembly because we need a real leader that will go to the Capitol and represent our communities by addressing the issues we see in front of our homes and throughout our communities day in and day out.
As your next Assemblymember, I will:
Address the humanitarian crisis of homelessness, and fight to remove homeless encampments from around schools, libraries, and children’s playgrounds.
Work to expand the Clean California Grants to remove litter and transform public spaces throughout the district.
Work to implement the California CARE Court plan and get homeless individuals off the streets and into housing, treatment, and care.
Increase funding to mental health programs and hospitals.
Prioritize public safety to decrease retail crime and gun violence by reforming Prop 47.
Address the housing affordability crisis while allowing communities to maintain their character.
